It was so easy to order online. They delivered on the day that was promised. In my notes, I asked for a balloon as there was not an option to purchase one on the website. I provided my contact details so they could contact me so I could pay for it. They gave the balloon for free. It was for my moms birthday. My mom has been caring for my grandma full time who is at end of life. The beautiful arrangement meant so much and brightened her day. It was really nice to see her smile. Thank you so much. Everything was perfect.
